Bengal BJP chief meets President Murmu, discusses controversies around TMC leaders

West Bengal BJP president Sukanta Majumdar met President Droupadi Murmu and wrote to her about the ongoing controversies surrounding Trinamool Congress (TMC) leaders in the state.

Majumdar in his letter mentioned now-suspended TMC leader Partha Chatterjee who was arrested for his alleged involvement in a teacher recruitment scam.

He also brought attention to TMC leader Anubrata Mondal who was summoned by the CBI in a cow smuggling case.
